MET gala 2011

The annual Metropolitan Museum Gala was all about Alexander McQueen
this year. The theme was "Alexander McQueen: Savage beauty".
There were at least 100 pieces exhibited, collected from everywhere, from his
graduate collection, from his work for Givenchy, from his personal collections, etc.
His work and his charisma won't be forgotten. Sarah Burton, who came
on the "duty" after McQueen has passed away was one of many visitors
at yesterday's Met Gala.
It seems like Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Stella McCartney gowns
were worn the most yesterday evening.
