ALEXANDER MCQUEEN
Together with Chanel, McQueen is always my favorite
designer name every PFW! It's pure art and high fashion
that my eyes are reacting with the same excitement as if I
would be looking at the fireworks.
Sarah Burton was inspired by bees and anything that has
to do with bees. Gorgeous hats were reflecting bees' nests,
gorgeous floral dresses were reflecting fields of flowers
which bees like so much, etc.
I'm just in love! Sarah is so talented, while she does express
herself while designing clothes, she's still very true to real
McQueen spirit.
VALENTINO
When it comes to elegance, sophistication, femininity in fashion,
Valentino is one of the best ones in it!
This collection was very minimalistic with some embellishments or
ornaments on couple of creations.
I liked it very much!
Beautiful outfit! :)I love it all! Terrific gowns and models.

Burton's bee-inspired fashions for McQueen are so imaginative. I especially like the way she translated the bee-keeper's hood, making a veiled hat. So glad you posted these photos. The Valentino bib-front styles are nice too.
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy the art of fashion and appreciate your thoughts. I would enjoy your commentary at my blog.
