Outfit post - Crochet

Such a beautiful, sunny and some people would say hot day today,
but I couldn't be more happy about the heat since I live in a place
where heat rarely exists.
This morning I met with my old childhood friend and it was such a
great moment to catch up with her.

Whole afternoon was once again spent by the beach and swimming
in the sea. We also played a round of mini golf and I won :)

I'm still thinking weather to go out tonight or not, but will see how I
feel in an hour or two.

Croatia - Day 1 and 2

2 days in Croatia, flew by super fast! Both days we didn't
do much, except just walking around in the city, shopping for
local food, eating my mom's home cooked meals and most
importantly, having great beach time.

I went to my favourite local jewelry designer yesterday. He always
has lots of interesting, handmade and creative necklaces, bracelets, rings...
I will take a photo of what I bought, so check out my Instagram for that.

I'm planning on meeting as many friends as possible before the
return date back home, starting today. Also, we're planning on
taking a round of mini-golf in the afternoon.

All in all, I'm loving this holiday since I can feel that my batteries have
started to recharge. :)

Turku - day 2 + Off to Summer holidays

Here're couple of photos I took two days ago, on our 2nd day in Turku.
Turku is such a lovely city with beautiful sights and buildings.
On 2nd day we went for a small shopping in the city and I found couple of
Yankee candles and one absolutely gorgeous coat which was last in it's size
and I'm so happy that I found it because it fits me like a glove and it's made of
raw silk so I'm sure that I will be able to wear it for years to come :)

For lunch we went to small and cozy restaurant Tintå which is also a very
popular place with the locals and visitors like us.
The food was delicious and I'm definitely going back there next time I'm in
Turku.

Afternoon was reserved for just laying around in the hotel room and getting
rid of hungover from the previous night :D

Evening was the time to head back to the festival site and see some more bands
play and hang around with friends.

All in all, great 2-day trip and now I'm already in Croatia and my Summer holiday
has officially started.
Can't wait to hit the beach tomorrow and swallow like tons of watermelons :D

Ruisrock, day 2

Off to Croatia

Turku - Day 1

Hello from Turku everyone!
Turku is Finland's ex capital city that is about 2 hours car ride away
from Helsinki.
I've been in Turku three times and every time it was because of Ruisrock
festival that is held annually every Summer.
This year, my main wish was to see Hurts show and oh boy, it was an amazing
show! Great band, beautiful songs and great stage presence. Audience was responding
wonderfully too, so I believe that everybody went home happy since they were one
of the last bands to play yesterday.

Before the show, we went for a stroll through the city and went to highly spoked about
Fontana cafe which was a total disappointment and I wouldn't suggest it to anybody.
It was supposed to be the cafe with the best "quick" food in town, but it was totally not
worth the money. We waited for 40 minutes to get our meals and the food didn't taste
that good as we expected.

Afterwards we went for a short walk by the river and I snapped couple of photos because
the views were somewhat peaceful and inspiring :)

Today will be all about just taking it easy, walking around the city, eating hopefully nice
food and spending time with my sister and family.

Circus!

Two days ago I had a photo shoot and if you've been following my
blog for long enough then you know that I'm a professional fine art photographer
and I'm going to be a part of group exhibition in NYC's Agora gallery this August.
This photo shoot was very special because I feel that I have managed to move a scale
up with it's final outcome and that makes me SO happy.
I'm very proud of the photos and even more of all the friends that took part in creating
this photo shoot and have helped me to bring yet one more story to life!

Outfit post - Chanel

It's such a beautiful and sunny start of the new week!
I've been at gym this morning and afterwards went to get
tons of berries because there're stands with fresh, local berries
all over the city and this is the season to enjoy them :)

Later on I've been scouting a location for tomorrow's photo shoot.
Everything's ready for tomorrow and I'm very excited! It's always
such a glorious moment to do what I love and get lost in my own
world of dreams, visions and fairy tales.

Today was also the 1st time I've been wearing my new Chanel ballerinas
and I'm so happy with this purchase. Not just that they're such a classic
piece but they're also comfortable and are easily combined with most
of the clothes in my wardrobe.
