As I have already mentioned in my previous post, I've attended
Finnish Catwalk, fashion event held in heart of Helsinki 2 days ago.
I didn't know what to expect because I haven't heard of many designers
that were going to represent their collections for Spring/ Summer 2012.
I'm now glad that I went there because I got more insight at finnish up and coming
designers.

One of the designers that caught my eye was definitely DESIGN BY KATRI N.
Katri Niskanen is Helsinki based designer and you can find her boutique/ showroom
at Pursimiehenkatu 21 lh 42 ( street/ adress ) in case you would like to check out her
designs in person :)

She's the most known as winner of 1st season of Finnish Project Runway.

For Spring 2011, Katri is bringing us colors, comfort, flow-y dresses.
Collection definitely leaves you a lot of space to chose some personal finishing touches
yourself, such as purses and jewelry for example.

Today's look

I've attended Finnish Catwalk fashion event this afternoon
together with my friend Suzana. It was really nice way to spend my afternoon
and get an update on some finnish designers I didn't know about.
I'll write more about this event in my next post and post photos which I took
during the two fashion shows.

Today's look

While back in Croatia it's still super hot and it feels like it's 

middle of the Summer, it's completely different story over here in Helsinki. 

Summer's over and we're slowly adjusting to Fall and clothes/ shoes that come 

with it. It's refreshing to wear different clothes than Summer ones, but I know that 

by the end of this year I'll be crying after Summer time. 

This is what I wore today:

Trying out

I've been using KEUNE hair products for about 10 years now, so I
want to change my hair products and try out MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL
hair products.
First time I've tried these products at my hairdresser's saloon and I liked the
effect it had on my hair, so I've ordered bunch of stuff from Amazon UK, since
they don't sell Macadamia stuff here in Finland.
Macadamia Natural Oil are high quality hair products which are color safe,
sulfate and paraben free.

These are the products that I'm testing right now:
( there're many options for all products how big amount you want to use)

DEEP REPAIR HAIR MASK

REJUVENATING SHAMPOO

MOISTURIZING RINSE

NOURISHING LEAVE IN CREAM

Another "thing" that I'm testing is TALIKA cosmetics, to be more precise,
product is Lipocils Expert for eyelashes. It gives you longer, darker lashes
with nice curl. I have never used any similar products for my eyelashes and
I don't use mascara much, but from too much stress and esp. after giving birth
I have realized that my eyelashes were falling off much more than ever before
and now they're still long, but not that thick like before.
90% costumers left great feedback on this product and another + to this product is
that it has no side effects.
I've been using it for 2 days now and still have to use it for another 26 days to
see the first results.

Preparing for Fall

Sooo, all the stores are full of new arrivals, which means autumn
clothes. I have to be fast hitting these same stores, because all the best pieces
in my size disappear just like that, especially when it comes to shoes.
Omg, it's like nightmare to be so lucky and find nice looking and good quality shoes
for my monster big feet :D

I've been shopping a little bit, but not that crazy like usually. Crazy would stand
for me shopping without really thinking through if I need something or if I have
anything that I can pair it with.
So far all the items I've bought were wisely bought. Yay me! :D
